Hey guys. I finished editing the chapters so they should all be a lot more readable now. I also figured some people would want to download it and someone else might eventually do it, there should be no harm if I did it myself. If you want to download it, click here. Also, for the readers who read the previous version, since I edited a couple of things, here’s a brief list of relevant (in my opinion) changes:
-Ta-kun > Takkun to match up with the manga’s translation.
-Prologue and Chapter 1 are readable now, I’m terribly sorry you had to go through that.
-In Chapter 1, I translated Miu saying some slang as “slept like a log.” I decided to change it to “doze off.” I’m not fully sure if this works for that, but I’ve never heard anyone over the age of thirty saying it. Shout outs if you got the PMD reference though.
-Chapter 4 had a missing chunk at the end. For some reason I didn’t copy it properly, hence if you were wondering why Chapter 5 started with a “great strategy” out of nowhere, now you know. Miu also calls it antiquated for some reason, and the only thing that comes to mind is The Great Ace Attorney, where everything has great before its name and is a game set around the year 1900.
-There was a weird translation when kid Takkun was trying to think about something else in the bath scene that didn’t really make a whole lot of sense for a kid to know, so I changed it to something that made more sense for a kid to think about.
-Ages are now written instead of being numbers. Only ages, I don’t even know why I made it like this.
That’s about it. I remember that I took a break to do stuff I had to do, but I have even more things to do now. I’ll try to release around a chapter every 1 to 3 days instead of the daily releases I had planned, proofread and edited before posting this time. See you on monday with the prologue to chapter 2.
